Prairie Threads Fibershed

The plains grasslands of Yavapai County in Central Arizona

Contact: Wendy Dittbrenner

Our vision for Prairie Threads Fibershed is first to shepherd fine fibered livestock on the arid grasslands of central Arizona, and bring locally grown textiles to the regional market. Additionally we are strongly focused on the collaboration of growers, processors, makers, dye plant gatherers and color creators that are all necessary to the process of creating our Fibershed products.
