Tapestry Weaving II

Do you understand the basics of tapestry weaving and are ready to kick it up a notch?

In this 3.5 hour workshop, we’ll dive deeper into tapestry weaving techniques. We’ll explore triangles, circles, loops (Rya) interlocking and texture techniques. Have a stitch you have been wanting to learn? Bring a picture and we will teach you how to achieve that look!

This is an intermediate class and requires you to bring your loom warped and ready to weave. This class is NOT about finishing a weaving. It is about learning and exploring techniques!

HOMEWORK! Bring your loom warped and ready to weave!

We will supply you with all the fiber you need, however, we encourage you to bring an assortment of your own fiber-based material included but not limited to roving, yarn, yarn scraps, strips of fabric, or any weft of your choice.
