New Mexico Fibershed

The New Mexico Fibershed is a community organization helping develop statewide fiber systems that build ecosystem and community health. We work to expand opportunities to implement regenerative agriculture, rebuild regional manufacturing, provide workforce training and vocational education, and connect end-users to a network of fiber sources. We do this work to preserve and expand upon New Mexico’s vast and varied local, cultural fiber traditions; to encourage environmental harmony; improve health; and contribute to economic equity.
