Welcome to Badass Brioche – a virtual 1 session class! Why Badass you ask? You get dimension, contrast and squish all in one! Plus, this project takes a comfortable, intermediate knitter into the world of “advanced”! Yee ha!

We’ll be making this darling cowl where you’ll experience knitting brioche with two colors, in the round!

Materials:

• 2 Contrasting Colors of DK or light worsted weight yarn (at least 55 yards each).

Recommended Yarns (2 skeins in contrasting colors)

FCS Dreamy DK

Malabrigo Rios 

• Needle size US 6 16″ or 20″
• Pattern

HOMEWORK
Cast on 88 sts in your darker color, or preferred edge color.

Please download and test Zoom prior to the class. It is highly recommended to use a laptop, instead of phone or ipad for this. A video link will be sent 5 minutes prior to the class.

Ages: 18+
Skill Requirements: Proficient knitting skills. Confident in knit, purl, increase, decrease, ribbing, yarn overs and pattern reading.
