Home Ground Habitats in Novato is excited to announce our first annual Habitat Garden Summer Camp for children! Home Ground Habitats is your local monarch sancturary. Children will explore the wonders of nature while learning about local flora and fauna, contributing to the gardens, and enjoying an unhurried, imagination-filled week!
Open to incoming 2nd through 5th Graders.
Dates
Monday July 8th – Friday July 12th, 2024
9:00am – 1:00pm (optional 2:30 end time for 5th Graders only)
Activities:
- Make Crafts with natural material
- Sow seeds, tend plants
- Investigate bugs, butterflies, bees
- Take home a very special plant
- Eat tasty treats from the garden
- Treasure hunts & special prizes!
- Play games, explore, and more!
