Knit a colorful hat (or cowl, or shawl, or even a sweater!) Mosaic Knitting is a color knitting technique that uses a combination of slipped stitches with knits and purls. It looks way more complicated than it is! In this class, you will choose a pattern and we will swatch to learn the basics of Mosaic Knitting, and begin your Mosaic project.

You are also welcome to stay and work on your new project at our Knit2Together Fridays from 1-3

Prerequisites: knit, purl, increase, decrease. (There’s a pattern for each skill level!)

Materials needed: depending on the pattern you choose, you will need a set (or two) of circular needles in your gauge, enough yarn for your project, darning needle, scissors, and a notepad.

(For the hat or sweater, you will also need a set of double-pointed needles.)
