In April, we focus on natural handwoven textiles for the baby. All projects in this series will be made using 100% cotton. Arguably the most important textile fiber, cotton is soft, absorbent, light, vegan and naturally hypoallergenic. Take classes in this series to make cloths for your own baby or to give to a special, expecting mother.

Second, in the series is the washcloth. We will make lightly textured cloths using fine yarns to achieve the softest and lightest cloths for washing. Weavers in this workshop have the option of making a baby towel instead of washcloths.

The workshop is 6 hours, Saturday, April 13, 11 am – 5 pm
