To get to the ranch, you go north out of Bodega on Salmon Creek Road. There is a T intersection about a mile out of town, and Salmon Creek Road is the westward arm of the T. The road that continues north is Tannery Creek Road and that is a dead end. You go westward down a small hill on Salmon Creek Road and then up and then around a curve. There is a gravel ranch road marked by a piece of driftwood and a sign that says Pastures with the number 600 written on it. The numbers on Salmon Creek Road are not in sequence so don't try to find the ranch entrance by number. Go straight north on the gravel road marked by the sign, and you will pass a preschool and some buildings and you will arrive at a classic redwood barn.
