Learn the basics of 2 color colorwork while making this cute hat! There are some rules and tricks to colorwork for optimal tension and color illusion. This class is designed for people who can knit a hat, and perhaps have experience with stripes or joining in new yarn, but are new to working with more than one color at a time.
MATERIALS – Yarn kits AVAILABLE NOW!
Yarn: 3 colors of worsted weight yarn (2 high contrasting and 1 pop; approximately 40 grams each)
Needles: US 6 + 7 16″ circular + US 7 DPN’s
Other: Handful of stitch markers (1 color for BOR and a handful the same for repeats).

Purchase pattern
Cast on with your pop color and work through ribbing, ready to begin colorwork.
Ages: 14+
Skill Requirements: Confident at knitting, purling, and knitting in the round. You need to be comfortable with making a basic hat. Advanced Beginner.
